Terrible service

I went into the office looking for insurance on my home and cars, i was helped by a lady named Ellen and she had the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I will not be insuring my home and cars with this office I went down the raod to a different agent and had wonderful service and a pleasent experience. This lady needs to take a class on customer service! She just lost business for that office!
